Teriyaki Salmon Steak with Pak Choi & Lime

Two perfectly pan-fried VÅRLAKS salmon steaks, lightly glazed with teriyaki, paired with fresh, crunchy pak choi and finished with a squeeze of lime. Light, fresh and full of flavour – without feeling like “diet food”.

Protein: ±33–35 g per serving
Ingredients:
2 VÅRLAKS salmon fillets (±150 g each)
2 pak choi, chopped
2 tsp sesame oil (or any neutral oil)
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 limes
Salt & pepper
Optional, but encouraged: Sesame seeds or chili flakes
Steps:
- Heat a pan with the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Pan-fry the salmon for 3 minutes per side until golden and just cooked through.
- Add the teriyaki sauce in the last minute and gently glaze the salmon.
- In the same pan, quickly stir-fry the pak choi for 1–2 minutes. Keep it green and crisp.
- Serve the salmon with the pak choi and finish with fresh lime juice, sesame seeds and chili flakes.
