Ingredients:

  • 200g salmon, cubed (ensure it’s suitable for raw consumption

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice

  • 1 small avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup seaweed salad (wakame or other types)

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 1 tablespoon tobiko (optional)

  • 1 sheet toasted nore, cut into strips

  • Edamame, sliced cucumber or other veggies for topping

Steps:

  • Prepare the Salmon:
    Cube the fresh salmon into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and toss with soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Let it marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
