Grilled Salmon Tacos
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves seperated
1 cucumber, thinly sliced into strips
4 small tortillas
100g feta cheese
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Steps:
