Grilled Salmon Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves seperated

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced into strips

  • 4 small tortillas

  • 100g feta cheese

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Grill the Salmon:
    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the VÅRLAKS salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and slightly charred. Once cooked, flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
