Ingredients:

  • 4 VÅRLAKS salmon fillets

  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and halved

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill (or fresh sprigs for garnish)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and allow it to preheat while you prepare the salmon
  • Prepare the Salmon: Place the VÅRLAKS salmon fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Scatter the garlic cloves around the salmon fillets and lay lemon slices on top.
