Ingredients:
200g fresh salmon, finely diced (suitable for raw consumption)
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
1 handful of fresh arugula (rocket)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives or edible flowers (optional for garnish)
Toasted bread or crackers (optional for garnish)
Steps:
